Fairfax Multi-Academy Trust (FMAT) is an Education Charity.

FMAT is governed by the Trust’s Board of Directors.

The Trust Board is comprised of volunteers and is responsible for:

Ensuring clarity of vision, ethos and strategic direction for the Trust and its Academies;
Holding the CEO to account for the educational performance of the organisation and its pupils, and the effective and efficient management of staff; and
Overseeing the financial performance of the organisation and making sure money is well spent.
