On Friday 27th June, 8 SEND students from Years 7 and 8, alongside 5 enthusiastic Sports Leaders, represented our school at the Birmingham Secondary ‘Xtend’ Panathlon competition held at Nechells Wellbeing Centre.
Our students competed in a range of fun and challenging activities on rotation, including target practice, basketball shooting, Boccia, Kurling, and Table Cricket. Everyone showed great determination and teamwork throughout the day.
We are proud to announce that our team finished as runners-up out of five schools, a fantastic achievement! A special shout-out goes to Derek Emelom, Year 8, who stood out as a star student for being helpful and encouraging to all participants.
