Fairfax Academy Sixth Form Celebrates Best-Ever Results!

Fairfax Academy is thrilled to announce that our Sixth Form students have achieved the best results in the history of the school, reflecting the hard work, dedication, and commitment of our students, staff, and the wider school community.

In 2025, our Sixth Form achieved outstanding outcomes:

To put this in perspective, in 2024 an A Level progress score of +0.39 or above was classified as ‘Well Above’ national expectations. Based on 100 or more entries, a progress score of +0.39 would have ranked Fairfax Academy 81st nationally, placing us in the top 5% of Sixth Forms across the country. In Sutton, we are ranked number one, and in Birmingham we would have been first among Sixth Forms with more than 50 Year 13 students.

These results are a testament not only to the exceptional effort and talent of our students but also to the dedication of our teaching staff, pastoral teams, and the entire school community who support our learners every step of the way. The continued upward trajectory of our Sixth Form reflects Fairfax Academy’s commitment to academic excellence, student well-being, and preparing our young people for success in higher education, employment, and beyond.

We are incredibly proud of our students for achieving such remarkable outcomes and are excited to see them flourish as they take their next steps in life. These results highlight the ongoing progress of Fairfax Academy as a whole, demonstrating what can be achieved through ambition, perseverance, and a supportive school community.

Congratulations to all our Sixth Form students of 2025!
